Transfer to us
Switching pharmacies is one form. You don't need to call your old pharmacy: we'll take care of that part.
How it works
- You send us your details and your current pharmacy.
- We contact them and request your prescription records.
- We let you know once everything has moved over.
Some prescriptions, including certain controlled substances, cannot be transferred between pharmacies by law. If that applies to yours, we’ll explain what to do next.
